It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in Maxvorstadt district near to even a cinema : Gabriel Filmtheater, sleazy men's clubs and attraction. The hotel has great location vERY CLOSE TO RAIL STATION. The downstairs bar is good, enjoyed this place.

Convenient location right next to a tram stop. It's super easy to explore the city from here with the tram 🚋.

The hotel has an amazing location close to restaurants, bars, shops, and even a cinema called Gabriel Filmtheater, which is the world's oldest cinema still open. The central square in the old city and city center are easily accessible from the hotel. The breakfast offered is good, with a wide array of food and beverages available.

It is unusual to give best ratings at every question. But with ibis München City, it is well deserved. The reception at the entrance very kind and professional, the rooms are clean and tidy and very practically designed. Very good staff !
